S. Mauge
Director, Middle East Operations. Leads project and
business development from our offices in Amman, Jordan and Abu Dhabi,
UAE. Thirty years experience in multiple management roles
throughout the Middle East. Oversight for French operations within
the Middle East delegation in Saudi Arabia for 15 years and organized
military communications for 5 years in North Africa and Middle East.
Managed military supplies, security equipment and logistics for a UAE
company from 1989 until 2003. Joined SAF to consult in the US, EU
and Arab Groups in the field of military and security services.
Fluent in French, English and several Arab dialects.
Mark Edward Kouri, M.B.A.
Regional Manager for Middle East Projects. He has 15
years experience in the Middle East and recently returned from
operations in Iraq. Conducted additional special operations in
Russia, the Sudan, Kenya, the DRC and several other countries in the
European Union. Specializes in terrorism analysis, detection of
surveillance, security development and planning. Reads, writes and
speaks several Arabic dialects, French and Spanish.
Theodore F. Williams, I.M.M, M.M, S.M.
Regional Manager for African Sub-Sahara Region. Manages
our office in Durbin, South Africa. Brings 35 years experience in
security and law enforcement operations for his region. Past
Commander of the Grey Scouts, Joint Operations Commander for Operation
Splinter managing all forces, Air Force, Army, Police and Internal
Affairs. Completed extensive security and diplomatic operations in
South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Swaziland, Mozambique, Lesoto,
Morocco, Iraq and the Niger Delta.
W. Dennis Maez, M.P.A.
Regional Manager for Mexico, Central and South America.
After a 21 year career that culminated as Special Agent in Charge of the
Secret Service’s San Antonio field office he joined Team SAF. His
decorated career with the Secret Service covers multiple areas;
financial crimes investigations, protective intelligence investigations
for the Los Angeles Field Office, the Intelligence Division in
Washington, D.C. and the White House Presidential Detail to protect
President George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton. Reads, writes and
speaks Spanish fluently.
Mel Grover, M.P.A., Col. USAF (ret.)
Senior Manager for Law Enforcement and Security Training.
More than 20 years experience leading training programs world-wide.
Past Director of the U.S. Air Force Security Police Academy that
graduated nearly 8,000 policeman annually. Command Chief of
Security Police for Air Training Command and managed police departments
at 13 major military communities averaging 10,000population at each.
James Rasco, USAF Security Police/Forces (ret.)
Field Training Manger. Applies 24 years of security and law
enforcement training experience to each training program he supervises.
Extensive background training multi-national units, specialized security
details for US presidents, Crisis Response Team training, Advanced
Security Supervisor Training, Perimeter and Area Securtity Control, Law
Enforcement Quality Control and Standardized Procedures. Manages
team teaching, lesson plan development, supervise class trainers,
qualified range officer, and field training exercises.
